On may 24th and 25th it will be held in Florence a new edition of Firenze dei Bambini, a festival dedicated to kids.

This year’s edition, titled ‘Costruiamo la pace. Il canto del mondo’ is dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi’s Canticle of Sun, Fondazione Ferragamo takes part with two workshops: Atelier Sostenibile and Piccoli Calzolai. This workshops aim to look the Canticle of Sun through the eyes of fashion and high craftmanship. Saint Frencis of Assisi describes the elements emphasizing a deep bond with all creatures. This same elements such as sky, stars, water, flowers and animals have often been source of inspiration for Salvatore Ferragamo.
